As we turn the pages of this year 2025 into February, we take a moment to reflect on the incredible strides Nigeria and its citizens have made on the international stage. In this publication, we not only celebrate the rich tapestry of our culture and heritage but also the incredible accomplishments of Nigerians who have gained significant recognition worldwide.
This Edition is auspiciously dedicated to Lagos and its people. The remarkable transformation of Lagos State from a city known for slums and shams, filthiness, and corruption, to a now prosperous and enviable cynosure. This dramatic transformation of Lagos State Nigeria in the last 15 years has seen its economy blossom to the position of rivalling the best-performing economies in Africa when we take stock of its GDP comparatively.
This edition is in part devoted to celebrating and promoting Lagos. Highlighting some of the giant strides of Lagos especially in the areas of industrial growth, infrastructural development, tourism, and culture.
In this edition, we showcase the unprecedented achievements of six Nigerians who were honoured by the immediate past US President, Joe Bidden earlier in January 2025 before he handed over power to his successor. This edition also features some of the best Nigerian restaurants to wine and dine in the United States of America.
Under our Celebrity Buzz category, we felicitate with 15 Nigerian Celebrities who will be marking their birthdays this February.
